Large Fresh Figs, sliced in ¼-inch round

Vanilla Bean Powder

INSTRUCTIONS:

Add Crema Lusso liquid mix to soft serve machine, batch freezer, or ice cream machine, and churn as per machine instructions. Alternatively, aerate Crema Lusso liquid mix in a high-speed mixer. Transfer frozen/aerated mixture to large bowl and fold in vanilla bean powder (or alternate flavorings and/or additions of choice). Immediately begin filling popsicle molds with frozen/aerated mixture, until partially full.

 

Carefully drop one fig round into each mold, then fill molds the remainder of the way with the frozen/aerated mixture. Scrape end of each mold with the back of knife to remove any excess product and insert popsicle stick. Transfer finished molds to a blast freezer or commercial freezer, lay on sides, and freeze until solid. Remove molds from freezer and briefly dip each mold in a large bowl of warm water to release the popsicles from molds.

Yields 12 pops.
