Crema Lusso is shelf-stable (meaning, it’s stored on your pantry shelf)! It’s ready-to-use and is poured directly into an ice cream maker, soft serve machine or batch freezer to make decadent ice cream or gelato. For baked desserts, Crema Lusso is mixed with dry recipe ingredients to make fluffy bakery and pastry items. Crema Lusso is shelf-stable, saves time on prep and labor and optimizes back-of-house-space or a kitchen pantry.
